To boost enrollment, MGH Institute of Health Professions partnered with Collegis to improve inquiry conversions on key program pages. The goal: a 50% lift in RFI conversion rate within six months by refining content structure and optimizing for mobile and desktop users.

Worked with MGH Institute of Health Professions to redesign program pages based on market research, competitor analysis, and conversion optimization best practices. Led creative direction and messaging strategy, resulting in page templates rolled out across three key programs. Within weeks, conversion rates more than doubled—one program jumping from 2.57% to 9.21%.
