To boost enrollment, MGH Institute of Health Professions partnered with Collegis to improve inquiry conversions on key program pages. The goal: a 50% lift in RFI conversion rate within six months by refining content structure and optimizing for mobile and desktop users.

Our team partnered closely with MGH Institute of Health Professions throughout the entire process to redesign program pages based on market research, competitor analysis, and conversion optimization best practices. With new creative direction and messaging strategy in place, the resulting page templates were rolled out across three key programs. Within weeks, conversion rates more than doubled with one program jumping from 2.57% to 9.21%.
